Monday Feb 01, 2021
Welcome to Episode 41!
Check out the recorded livestream over at https://youtu.be/x0XyDpRVrnw !
In this episode:
- In our Geek Question of the Day, we ask: If you could exist in and live out a scene from any movie as often as you wanted to, what movie scene would it be and what role character would you play? Each of us was supposed to come up with one. We narrowed it down to five.... each.
- In our Roll for Credits segment, we review the 2008 found-footage-style horror/monster flick, Cloverfield! Overall pretty good, but Sean discovered quickly that while he likes the found footage style in concept... not so much in practice. Ugh!
- Thanks for the great conversation with friends throughout the episode!
- And as always, geekery, video games, and chickens.

- In our Geek Question of the Day, we ask: If you could live and be part of any big moment in history, what would it be and what would your role be?
- In our Roll for Credits segment, we review the 2016 murder mystery, The Limehouse Golem! Great murder thriller set in Victorian Era London! We both loved it!

Welcome to Episode 39!

In this episode:
- Sean got a new mic, the HyperX Quadcast! So much better and he is a happy camper once again.
- In our Geek Question of the Day, we ask: What are the movie tropes that you absolutely hate and wish would die a quick but painful death? No, Obi Wan, you're NOT my only hope!
- In our Roll for Credits segment, we review the 1997 classic sci-fi film, The Fifth Element starring Bruce Willis, Milla Jovovich, and Gary Oldman. Classically great movie, and I am just shocked that Connor had never seen it before! Finally, a movie we both loved to watch!
- And as always, geekery, video games, and chickens. We rambled on WAY too long this episode!

Episode 38: Pizza and Pokemon!
Monday Jan 11, 2021
Monday Jan 11, 2021
Let me start with apologies for the sound in this episode. Apparently my mic has been dying over the last couple of episodes and didn't know it. Connor still sounds good, but often I am barely recognizable! New mic ordered so all be well in the next episode...
Welcome to Episode 38!
Check out the recorded livestream too over at https://youtu.be/RXQX_y5_ChY!
In this episode:
- Sean starts off the episode with a rant about local pizza establishments. It wasn't pretty.
- In our Geek Question of the Day, we ask: What is the one area of nerd culture or hobby that will be with you until the day you die, no matter how old you get? Good stuff here, and probably stuff you all share as well.
- In our Roll for Credits segment, we review the 2018 anime film, Pokemon Movie: The Power of Us. Of course Connor loved it, since he loves all things Pokemon. Sean is not a fan of anime *or* Pokemon, so you can imagine where his thoughts went.
- And as always, geekery, video games, and chickens.

Tuesday Jan 05, 2021
Tuesday Jan 05, 2021

Welcome to Episode 37! First of 2021!
Check out the recorded livestream too over at https://youtu.be/c4JJe4zu99U!
In this episode:
- Too many podcasts looking back on 2020, so we look forward to 2021! In our Geek Question of the Day, we ponder actor legacies. What is one nerdy need that you missed from 2020 that you want to see in 2021? Lots of things to choose from here, and we dive in to the things we need this year!
- In our Roll for Credits segment, we review the 2018 "horror thriller", Delirium, starring Topher Grace. Connor liked it more than Sean did, but there were some redeeming qualities to be had. We apologize in advance for the rambling!
- And as always, geekery, video games, and chickens.

Welcome to Episode 36!
Check out the recorded livestream too over at https://youtu.be/bJFUrA25ct8!

- In our Geek Question of the Day, we ponder actor legacies. What story, movie, character, or book still terrifies you to this day? Pretty simple and easy answers for us, though Connor jumps down a mythology rabbit hole!
- We also review the 2019 Netflix original "horror" movie, Eli. Did it scare us out of our seats... or bore us out of our minds? Come listen to see!
- And as always, geekery, video games, and chickens.

Thursday Dec 03, 2020
Thursday Dec 03, 2020
Welcome to Episode 35!
Check out the recorded livestream too over at https://youtu.be/v8I1JZMZQq8!
In this episode:
- My apologies for the bad sound through much of the episode. Mic issues were driving me mad, so I just had to go with it.
- In our Geek Question of the Day, we ponder actor legacies. If you could be any kind of super hero, would you rather your powers be tech based, a mutation, martial arts/ gadgets, magic based, or alien? It was an interesting discussion and one of our recent favorites!
- We also review the 2018 thriller, A Simple Favor, starring Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick! We were pleasantly surprised, and I have a new respect for Anna's acting chops!
- Many much more chickens to boot!

Monday Nov 23, 2020
Monday Nov 23, 2020
Welcome to Episode 34!
Check out the recorded livestream too over at https://youtu.be/8tzLkBUBP7U!
In this episode:
- Start off with more and more Destiny 2. I got Connor hooked!
- In our Geek Question of the Day, we ponder actor legacies. What makes an actor's legacy more? The number of films he/she has over their career, or the impact of the roles they do have? Basically it comes down to an exploration of Quantity vs Quality! What say YOU?
- We also review 2016's Mindhorn, a bad movie about bad actors trying to escape their bad lives. Woof!
- And oh my goodness at the chicken chasing we did. Sorry, not sorry!

Monday Nov 16, 2020
Monday Nov 16, 2020
Welcome to Episode 33... on time this time!
Check out the recorded livestream too over at https://youtu.be/g6xr3Nn8lOc!
In this episode:
- Sean starts off thanking all of the people that attended his charity stream on Veterans Day to benefit 22kill.com and their efforts to have a positive impact on military suicides. Fun was had by all and, most importantly, $500 was raised for a great organization!
- We review the 2018 romantic comedy, Destination Wedding, starring Keanu Reaves and Wynona Ryder. How can you have a romantic comedy with characters that are the most negative, pessimistic, and horrible human beings to walk on the planet? Well, come listen to see how they pull it off!
- In our Geek Question of the Day, we ponder we discuss our favorite weapons! Who are the three fictional characters you would invite to your own wedding and what role would they fill in the ceremony? Who would YOU invite?
- Destiny 2 talk, chicken chasing, and more!

Episode 32 coming in hot... AND LATE! (Sorry...)
Check out the recorded livestreams over on YouTube!
In this episode:
- We confirm our stance that the Gene Pool is YOUR GEEK SAFE SPACE. No politics were discussed here, despite that election thingie that was going on.
- In our Geek Question of the Day, we ponder we discuss our favorite weapons! If you could be an master in any melee weapon in history or nerddom, which weapon would it be and who would be your master in training you? It was agreed that lightsabers were excluded from this discussion because well. Lightsabers. What happens if you mix Jurassic Park, Hunger Games, Deathrace, and Tron? Well, you get the 2018 movie, The Jurassic Games! Not great, but not as bad as you'd think! Come join us to hear our thoughts in our Roll for Credits segment!
- Finally, we review the 2012 anime movie, Berserk: Golden Age Arc I - The Egg of the King. It's anime. It's rated R. That's about as much as I have to say about it, though Connor has more!
- And chicken chasing, as always!
